About the role
Join TELUS Digital’s AI Community as a Life Sciences and Medical Expert for Urdu‑speaking users. You will help ensure that AI‑generated health information is accurate, safe, and easy to understand.
Key responsibilities
- Fact‑check AI answers on medical topics to guarantee 100% accuracy and up‑to‑date information.
- Review and validate medical terminology, ensuring correct usage of names for bones, muscles, medicines, and conditions.
- Identify and flag any health advice that could be dangerous or misleading.
- Rewrite complex medical research into clear, lay‑person language for broader audiences.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Native‑level proficiency in Urdu.
- Basic English proficiency (B1) to read project instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Successful completion of a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
