LinkedIn Growth Expert (Remote, Worldwide)

About the role

A remote, full-time LinkedIn Growth Expert is needed to turn LinkedIn into a B2B pipeline engine: founder-led content that builds authority and outbound systems that start conversations with ideal clients, for the agency and its B2B clients. The role covers content engines, prospecting sequences, DM conversations that book calls and reporting on pipeline impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build founder and company-page content engines: ideas, drafts and publishing cadence
• Write posts that earn reach: hooks, storytelling, contrarian takes and proof
• Run outbound systems: targeted lists, sequences, follow-up and A/B tests
• Manage DMs to start conversations, qualify leads and book strategy calls
• Grow relevant followers (ideal clients and partners) rather than vanity audiences
• Report pipeline, connecting connections to conversations to calls to clients

Required profile

• LinkedIn profiles or pages you have grown, with engagement and pipeline proof
• Excellent B2B writing: clear, confident and human, with no corporate filler
• Outbound experience: sequences, objection handling and meeting booking
• Understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm: dwell time, comments and consistency
• Professional public presence representing founders
• CRM discipline: tracking every conversation and follow-up
