LinkedIn Lead Generation Intern (On-Site, Rawalpindi)

About the role

A business development team in Rawalpindi is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation Intern to identify potential clients, research target companies and support the team. The role gives hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Find potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn
• Research companies, industries and target audiences
• Build and maintain accurate lead lists and identify relevant prospects
• Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages, and follow up professionally
• Update lead information in Google Sheets, Excel or a CRM
• Track outreach activity, responses and results
• Support the business development team in generating qualified leads
• Follow LinkedIn policies and company outreach guidelines

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Good written communication and research skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn lead generation and B2B prospecting
• Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply, and prior experience is a plus

Required skills

• Basic Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
