About the role

Launchpad Innovations is seeking a proactive LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to create a predictable system for booking sales demos. You will research target accounts, engage prospects on LinkedIn, and turn conversations into qualified meetings that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research decision‑makers using Boolean search and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Craft personalized outreach messages that address prospect pain points.
• Utilize LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi) safely and efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to accelerate copywriting and workflow.
• Book and schedule sales demos, maintaining an accurate pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Maintain clean, high‑quality prospect data in GoHighLevel or similar CRM.
