Sales Development Representative – B2B Outbound Sales

About the role

Devsinc is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound B2B sales across North America and EMEA. You will generate leads, qualify prospects and hand them off to Account Executives, helping to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research target industries and decision‑makers using the Ideal Customer Profile for North America and EMEA.
• Build prospect lists with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha and other tools.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, etc.) and manage structured sequences.
• Qualify leads using BANT criteria and book 2–3 discovery meetings daily, delivering at least 8 SQLs per month.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM and track pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation and pipeline development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication meeting U.S. business standards.
• Understanding of North American and EMEA buyer behaviour and enterprise sales cycles.
