Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients and identify decision-makers.
• Build targeted B2B lead lists using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
• Write personalized connection requests and outreach messages.
• Manage follow-ups and nurture leads.

• Maintain accurate lead records and outreach reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Experience of 6 months to 1 year.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Attention to detail, consistency and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Good understanding of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
• Knowledge of B2B lead generation and prospect research.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead trackers is a plus.
