Logistics and Administration Manager

About the role

The Logistics and Administration Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and administrative support for examination, FBISE, and evaluation activities. This role ensures that all examination‑related materials and services are delivered securely, on time, and within budget across the TCF network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for examination, FBISE, and evaluation operations, including printing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery.
• Track logistics activities from initiation to closure, addressing delays, risks, and operational gaps.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and security of examination materials.
• Liaise with the Supply Chain Department, internal teams, and area teams to align schedules, instructions, and delivery status.
• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for printing, dispatch, logistics, and administrative services.
• Monitor vendor performance against timelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and drive process efficiency.
• Arrange travel, boarding, lodging, and transportation for staff, examiners, and evaluators in line with policies and budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of budget monitoring and cost‑control practices.
• Ability to handle confidential materials and maintain high security standards.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
