Logistics & Distribution Coordinator (Karachi)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Logistics & Distribution Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end flow of goods from our warehouses to customers and distributors in Karachi. The role ensures timely deliveries, cost‑effective logistics, and high levels of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution operations, guaranteeing accurate and on‑time product deliveries.
• Lead a team of transporters, warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance, reduce costs, and boost distributor satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with sales and supply‑chain teams to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Maintain relationships with third‑party logistics providers and ensure reliable service.
• Track, analyse, and report on metrics such as delivery times, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Resolve issues related to delayed or damaged shipments and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare budgets and manage distribution‑related expenses.
• Implement and maintain distribution software and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering).
• Proven experience in sales distribution, logistics, or supply‑chain management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
