Logistics Planning and Administration Manager

About the role

foodpanda is looking for a Logistics Planning and Administration Manager to act as the operational backbone of its rider supply chain. You will bridge Operations, Finance, and Procurement, shaping product lifecycles, vendor relationships, and warehouse efficiency across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional logistics teams on projects and deep‑dive metric analysis.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end inventory backend, ensuring data security and alignment between digital catalogs and physical stock.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination with Finance and Procurement to meet forecasted demand.
• Design inventory movement plans and vendor delivery schedules to avoid downtime.
• Use city‑level consumption trends to forecast demand for high‑turnover items.
• Implement audit mechanisms for the master Inventory Tracker to maintain 100% system hygiene.
• Analyze price fluctuations and negotiate quotations to maximise budget efficiency.
• Govern SAP Ariba workflows, validating Procurement Requests against market benchmarks.
• Manage supply hub agreements, monitor lease terms, and lead renewal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management across regional, finance, and procurement teams.
