Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

This full-time Logistics & Supply Chain Officer position is based in Karachi and focuses on managing procurement coordination, inventory control, vendor follow-ups, shipment tracking and logistics documentation. The role works closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Follow up with vendors and monitor delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and handle all logistics documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal departments to guarantee on-time deliveries.
• Optimize logistics processes to achieve cost-effective operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-1+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and local logistics procedures.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage inventory records and delivery schedules.
