M&A Associate – Remote Deal Coordination

About the role

We help American investors acquire profitable businesses and build wealth. As an M&A Associate (ADM) you will keep the deal pipeline moving by managing communications, monitoring the CRM, enforcing service‑level agreements and ensuring brokers and sellers stay engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Communications Team and Seller Call Coordinator Team, running regular check‑ins with the Deal Manager.
• Monitor partner statuses, audit Slack channels, emails and reports to enforce SLAs (3‑hour responses, 24‑hour follow‑ups, 48‑hour broker/seller touches).
• Maintain 100% accurate CRM and tracker data, fixing gaps and chasing missing information daily.
• Act as the primary point of contact for broker and partner questions, resolving escalated seller concerns.
• Provide coverage during absences, handle ad‑hoc requests such as analysis, audits and deck preparation.
• Track response times, sourcing goals and pipeline metrics, delivering weekly reports on pipeline health.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in coordination, account management, project management or operations.
• Exceptional organization and tracking abilities; nothing slips under your watch.
• Strong written and verbal communication, clear and professional.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders in a remote, high‑accountability environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying and fixing process gaps.
