Maintenance Manager

About the role

Within Tetra Pak PS Material Supply EMEA Department, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager who supports the Management Team in achieving overall process and factory KPIs. This permanent position is based in Lahore, Pakistan and reports to the Factory Director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 20 maintenance professionals, focusing on daily work and growth.
• Develop and implement a dynamic maintenance strategy while managing the budget and analyzing expenses.
• Own analysis of maintenance KPIs and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure peak performance.
• Guide engineers and technicians through troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and follow‑up.
• Partner with other operations departments on projects to improve overall efficiency.
• Oversee local machine and service projects, delivering tangible operational impact.
• Lead the Preventive Maintenance pillar in the local Steering Committee and drive WCM initiatives to eliminate breakdowns and reduce technological losses.

Required profile

• Technical education in Electrical Engineering with experience managing people and projects.
• Passion for new projects and changing the status quo.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to present clear numbers.
• Collaborative attitude, able to share views and listen to others.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Required skills

• Electrical Engineering knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power BI.
