About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Managed Services Engineer to independently own ongoing support, monitoring, and continuous improvement for client systems after deployment, reinforcing our long‑term operational partnership.

Key responsibilities

Own resolution of escalated technical issues across client systems.
Monitor system health, proactively flag and resolve potential issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on recurring patterns.
Maintain SLAs and manage client communication for support engagements.
Coordinate with engineering teams on root‑cause fixes for recurring issues.
Contribute to the knowledge base and documentation for common issues.

Required profile

2–4 years of technical support or managed services experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud and enterprise systems.
Experience managing SLAs and client relationships.
Ability to identify patterns and implement proactive fixes.
