About the role
We are looking for a mid‑level Managed Services Engineer to independently own ongoing support, monitoring, and continuous improvement for client systems after deployment, reinforcing our long‑term operational partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Own resolution of escalated technical issues across client systems.
- Monitor system health, proactively flag and resolve potential issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on recurring patterns.
- Maintain SLAs and manage client communication for support engagements.
- Coordinate with engineering teams on root‑cause fixes for recurring issues.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and documentation for common issues.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of technical support or managed services experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud and enterprise systems.
- Experience managing SLAs and client relationships.
- Ability to identify patterns and implement proactive fixes.
