Management Trainee – Client Services

About the role

IO Digital is offering a three‑month Management Trainee program within its Client Services Department. The role provides recent graduates with hands‑on experience in digital marketing and media, allowing them to contribute to live campaigns while learning the fundamentals of client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the client services team in interpreting briefs and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Participate in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and analytics teams on rotational assignments.
• Support the preparation of client presentations and performance reports.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions to real‑world projects.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, media, communication or a related field; recent graduates or final‑year students are preferred.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to feedback.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with Canva.
• Basic familiarity with Capcut.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (optional).
