Performance Marketing Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our clients’ pay‑per‑click campaigns across major platforms. You will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions and return on ad spend while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, set up ad extensions and manage bids and budgets.
- Continuously test and refine ads, landing pages and other assets through A/B testing.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking, analyse performance data and produce regular client reports.
- Perform competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with designers, developers and content creators to align campaign assets with client goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably for eCommerce or services clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
