Management Trainee Officer – Education Consultancy

About the role

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will join TJS Studysteps PK’s Lahore office to support daily operations of the education consultancy. Working on‑site, the trainee will assist students, families and university partners throughout the study‑abroad application process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming student inquiries via phone, email and in‑person visits.
• Maintain and update applicant records and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between prospective students and partner universities.
• Support counseling sessions by preparing required documents and follow‑up materials.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and office organization.
• Contribute to marketing and outreach activities under senior supervision.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised with good time‑management skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, social sciences or a related field.
• Interest in international education and willingness to learn about study opportunities.
