Management Trainee Officer – Finance Operations

About the role

Kick‑start your finance career as a Management Trainee Officer in Finance Operations. You will work closely with the finance team, supporting accounting systems, SaaS platforms, revenue reconciliation and commission calculations while gaining practical exposure to modern finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with revenue reconciliation between SaaS platforms and accounting systems such as Xero, Stripe and GoCardless.
• Support monthly revenue reporting and maintain audit‑ready documentation for customer activations and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and approval workflows.
• Prepare and validate monthly sales commission calculations according to company policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information.

Required skills

• Experience with Xero or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, basic reporting).
• Familiarity with CRM and SaaS administration tools.
