Management Trainee Officer – Sales (Entry‑Level)

About the role

The Management Trainee Officer – Sales is an entry‑level position at Skyland Engineering designed to develop future sales leaders. Working closely with the Business Development team, you will support client acquisition, pitch presentations, and field outreach while building strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new client leads through research, networking and on‑site visits.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and product pitches independently or alongside senior staff.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients via regular follow‑ups.
• Perform daily field visits to client sites and target areas to uncover business opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and follow‑up correspondence.
• Update the client database and report daily field activity to the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of relevant sales, client handling or business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, target‑driven with strong interpersonal abilities.
