Manager - Business Continuity Management

About the role

The Manager, Business Continuity Management will design, implement and continuously improve easypaisa’s enterprise‑wide Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework. The role ensures the bank can respond to, recover from and maintain critical operations during disruptions while meeting regulatory and internal risk requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance the BCM framework, policies, standards and procedures.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses and risk assessments across business units.
• Partner with risk champions and stakeholders to create and update Business Continuity Plans.
• Define and review Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) with technology and business teams.
• Coordinate crisis management planning, incident response readiness and recovery strategies.
• Plan, execute and document BCM tests, simulations, tabletop exercises and disaster‑recovery drills.
• Monitor remediation of gaps identified through assessments, testing and audits.
• Prepare dashboards, management reports and presentations for BCM and crisis‑management steering committees.
• Support actual disruption events and coordinate recovery activities with key stakeholders.
• Deliver BCM awareness sessions and training across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent (CA Inter/ACCA acceptable).
• 3‑5 years of experience in risk management within the banking industry.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, Basel guidelines and risk‑management frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively.
