Manager - Customer Success, Marketing Research

About the role

NIQ's Customer Success team serves as the main link between the company and its clients, partnering with them to turn data and science into measurement and improvement. This full-time Manager position supervises project management, leads and develops the team, and manages profit and loss. The role is based in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all stages of project management and monitor performance to ensure timely, successful completion.
• Lead and develop the team, foster growth and collaboration, and manage internal stakeholders.
• Advise clients and staff on complex queries or complaints, and build strong client relationships.
• Drive business growth through P&L management, expansion opportunities and strategic planning.
• Design research projects from client briefs, including questionnaires and data-collection methodologies, coordinate execution and present results clearly.
• Develop key account plans, implement quality control and drive initiatives beyond day-to-day work.
• Support invoicing by informing Finance of contract or job changes and work toward collection targets.
• Identify and develop team successors and undertake occasional travel for projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing research, with insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Keen analytical mind, using advanced analysis methods and tools accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service expertise and in-depth knowledge of research methods, analysis techniques and industry best practice.
