About the role
The incumbent will lead the end‑to‑end design and illustration function, focusing on high‑quality educational books and related publishing materials across print and digital formats.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee book design, layout, illustration, and visual storytelling.
- Develop and enhance products and creative content for multiple platforms.
- Improve creative processes and workflows for efficient, scalable content development.
- Lead and develop creative teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain quality and brand consistency, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and animation work.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
