Manager Digital Growth & Analytics

About the role

The Manager Digital Growth & Analytics will lead data‑driven initiatives to boost performance across Mobilink Microfinance Bank’s digital banking channels. You will analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and report on core digital metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, conversion, churn and revenue.
• Develop and maintain analytics frameworks, dashboards and tracking mechanisms for the full customer lifecycle.
• Conduct business and customer behavior analysis to uncover growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimise user journeys, onboarding and monetisation.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on acquisition campaigns, loyalty programmes, referral mechanisms and lifecycle strategies.
• Prepare business cases, financial models and impact assessments for digital investments.
• Utilise segmentation, cohort analysis and predictive analytics to improve personalisation, LTV and churn reduction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, digital growth or performance management within a fast‑paced technology, fintech or digital environment.
