About the role

Jazz Lifestyle Ventures is seeking a Manager Digital Solutions & Engineering to lead the technology strategy and delivery of its flagship digital products, including Simosa and Social+. The role will shape scalable, secure, cloud‑native platforms that serve millions of users across mobile, web and emerging experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall technical architecture for the JLV ecosystem, ensuring reusable services, common APIs and technology standardisation.
• Act as Lead Solution Architect, guiding engineering teams through the full product lifecycle from ideation to continuous improvement.
• Establish engineering standards, coding practices, API governance and security policies across all digital products.
• Drive adoption of microservices, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, Infrastructure‑as‑Code and automation.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design discussions and technical governance for new initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud services, frameworks, third‑party SDKs and platform enhancements.
• Manage cross‑functional engineering teams, external partners and technology vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to embed secure‑by‑design principles and ensure platform resilience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading architecture and engineering for large‑scale, customer‑facing digital platforms.
• Strong background in modern software engineering, distributed systems and cloud‑native design.
• Ability to translate business vision into resilient, high‑performance platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
