About the role
This position leads the Neo analytics function within a retail banking division, turning data into strategic insights that drive growth and efficiency. The manager will oversee the creation of advanced models and the execution of targeted marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer insights for the Neo retail banking division.
- Develop, implement and track AI/ML models aimed at increasing revenue or reducing costs.
- Design, deliver and monitor marketing campaigns for various products and customer segments within the Neo retail bank.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing analytics projects within a retail banking environment.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as applied to financial services.
