Manager IT Security Architecture

About the role

The Manager IT Security Architecture will define, design, and govern PTCL Group’s cybersecurity architecture framework. This senior position provides strategic direction across infrastructure, cloud, applications, networks, and identity platforms to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient technology environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain enterprise security architecture policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Oversee implementation of security technologies and ensure designs comply with architecture standards.
• Conduct regular security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk assessments.
• Lead response efforts for security incidents and breaches, coordinating with internal teams and external experts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as GDPR, PCI‑DSS, and ISO 27001, and prepare for audits.
• Communicate security posture, incidents, and strategies to executive management and stakeholders.
• Manage security‑related projects, including cloud security initiatives and deployment of new technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and governing enterprise security architecture.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ability to work closely with IT, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GDPR, PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001 compliance.
• Experience with security architecture frameworks and cloud security.
• Risk assessment and security incident management.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts.
