Manager Logistics & Field Operations

About the role

Mohsyn provides on-the-ground support for families abroad, and is looking for a Manager Logistics & Field Operations based in Lahore to own and strengthen its on-ground engine. The role oversees field operations, logistics and service delivery across Pakistan, working with internal teams, Field Support Officers and external partners so that every request moves from instruction to execution to closure. It is not a desk-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of field and logistics operations, keeping service requests safe, efficient and within service standards.
• Manage the field support network, covering availability, deployment and utilisation across operational cities.
• Mobilise field teams for planned and urgent requests, including errands, appointments, welfare checks, property visits and medical emergencies.
• Build and manage a network of third-party vendors such as transport providers, ambulance services, home maintenance and healthcare support, setting selection, onboarding, performance and quality standards.
• Negotiate commercial terms and service arrangements with vendors.
• Ensure readiness for 24/7 emergency support, including ambulance mobilisation, hospital coordination and escalation pathways.
• Establish and monitor operational SLAs and KPIs, and keep real-time visibility of open, delayed and completed cases.
• Document every field activity and set up escalation protocols for emergencies, service failures and safety concerns.
• Develop SOPs, checklists and playbooks, review incidents and complaints, and build redundancy so the operation is not dependent on a single person or vendor.
• Help expand geographic coverage to new cities and work with Product/Technology teams to digitise and automate workflows.
• Recruit, train and coach field operations team members.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in field operations, logistics, service operations, last-mile operations, emergency response, healthcare operations or similar.
• Experience managing on-ground teams, distributed operations or a network of field resources.
• Strong vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding and performance management.
• Comfortable working beyond normal hours and travelling within Pakistan when needed.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, ambulance, concierge or last-mile delivery background.
• Experience managing operations across multiple cities or building a field operation from scratch.
• Knowledge of local vendor ecosystems in major Pakistani cities.
• Experience with dispatch, field-force management, CRM, ticketing or logistics systems.
