Manager LT Ops

About the role

The Manager LT Ops will be a major stakeholder in maintaining the communication status of smart meters across the company, overseeing both pre‑ and post‑installation technical support and ensuring successful project hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control technical support for AMI assets, including planning and facilitating field surveys.
• Oversee troubleshooting of communication issues, allocate resources for joint surveys, and provide on‑field support during AMI project execution.
• Develop and maintain smart‑meter technical specifications, predictive maintenance plans, and conditional monitoring matrices.
• Manage post‑commissioning operations until project success declaration and hand‑over to end‑users.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HSEQ standards, and NEPRA configuration requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 4‑5 years of experience in AMI roll‑outs, smart‑meter operations, or related utility communications.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performance teams, coach staff, and manage resource allocation.
