Manager, Master Data & Warehousing Systems

About the role

The Manager, Master Data & Warehousing Systems is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of SAP Material Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Master Data Governance (MDG) across the organization. The role ensures seamless integration with business processes, continuous system reliability, and supports 24/7 operations for generation, transmission and distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, implement and support SAP MM, WM and MDG modules.
• Provide day‑to‑day application support for procurement, inventory, generation, transmission and distribution teams.
• Lead cross‑module integration with SAP PS, PM, QM, FI/CO and other related solutions.
• Design and coordinate custom ABAP applications to meet business needs.
• Establish PMO practices for documentation, project tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Drive master data governance and ensure data quality across all SAP modules.
• Manage project delivery from requirement gathering through testing and post‑go‑live support.
• Identify, research and resolve complex technical and functional issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with SAP MM, WM and MDG.
• Proven experience in SAP configuration, ABAP development and cross‑module integration.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
