Manager – On‑Us Issuance Growth & Engagement

About the role

The Manager – On‑Us Issuance Growth will drive transaction growth across Easypaisa QR merchants, increasing both wallet and non‑wallet customer activity and maximizing throughput at acceptance points.

Key responsibilities

• Own total On‑Us transaction growth across Easypaisa QR merchants, increasing MAC and DAC.
• Improve customer‑to‑merchant throughput, merchant productivity and transaction intensity.
• Design and execute merchant‑cluster campaigns, manage promotional budgets and partner with Sales and Merchant Acquisition teams.
• Monitor transaction success rates, track performance dashboards and provide growth forecasts to leadership.

Required profile

• 4–8 years experience in fintech, payments or consumer platforms with a strong analytics mindset.
• Proven track record owning MAU, DAU, ARPU and delivering measurable commercial impact.
• Experience managing budgets and running loyalty, rewards or cashback programs.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and cohort analysis.
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to work with large transactional datasets and apply segmentation, attribution and predictive analytics.
