Marketing and Brand Experience Executive

About the role

MicroAgility APAC, a digital transformation company active since 2015 in the Asia & Pacific region, is looking for a Marketing & Brand Experience Executive to lead its digital presence, performance initiatives and brand storytelling. The role suits someone who combines strong analytical ability with creative excellence and can build, optimise and scale brand experiences across digital platforms. It is a full-time, onsite position in G-11/Markaz, Islamabad, working 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including content strategy, planning, creation, scheduling and performance optimisation
• Track performance and report monthly with clear recommendations for growth and optimisation
• Write high-impact content for marketing, sales, brand narratives, website pages and email campaigns
• Audit website UI/UX, prepare structured QA reports and work with designers and developers to improve user experience
• Support and optimise full-cycle email campaigns, from content creation to setup and performance analysis
• Collaborate with internal design, marketing and growth teams on content ideation, campaign planning and execution
• Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behaviour and digital best practices to keep evolving strategy

Required profile

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in copywriting and brand storytelling
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate original ideas and content
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills

• Analytics and tracking tools such as GA, GTM, Google Search Console and CRM platforms
