Event Executive

About the role

Jashn is looking for a creative, organised and energetic Event Executive to join its team in PWD, Islamabad. The role covers planning, coordinating and executing events from start to finish, managing logistics and working closely with clients, partners and performers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute events from start to finish.
• Manage vendors, suppliers, venues and event logistics.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, performers and internal teams.
• Prepare event schedules, budgets and execution plans.
• Ensure smooth on-ground operations and handle event communications and follow-ups.
• Monitor quality, guest experience and timely delivery, and resolve issues quickly during events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of event-management or event-coordination experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Creative problem-solving and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Use of social media platforms.
