Marketing Associate – Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Associate to help drive growth for a B2B technology and managed services firm. You will blend day‑to‑day execution with strategic input across lead generation, brand awareness, digital advertising, and content repurposing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns and lead‑generation tactics to attract qualified prospects.
• Manage HubSpot CRM, email workflows, lead tracking, and marketing automations.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain the company’s social media presence and content calendar.
• Create engaging social posts, marketing copy, and basic visual assets.
• Transform podcasts and long‑form content into social posts, short‑form videos, blogs, and other marketing assets.
• Support and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist with website copy, landing pages, blogs, and related marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Research audiences, competitors, and market opportunities to uncover new lead‑generation ideas.
• Contribute quick‑win ideas and long‑term brand‑growth strategies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or professional services.
• Strong grasp of lead generation, digital advertising, and campaign management.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and propose ideas.
