Marketing & Business Development Manager

About the role

RASCODEX is hiring a Marketing & Business Development Manager to develop marketing strategies, generate quality leads, acquire new clients and drive business growth. The position is full-time and office-based, based in Faisalabad or Rawalpindi, and suits someone with 3-5 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Manage marketing performance and achieve business targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive company growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred)
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven expertise in lead generation, sales conversion and client acquisition
• Experience in IT/software services marketing is a strong advantage

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to develop strategies and deliver measurable results
