Marketing Coordinator & Client Success Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Coordinator who will also serve as a Client Success point of contact. Working remotely, you will translate strategy into action, keep projects on track, and ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout each engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and publish LinkedIn posts, blog articles, website updates, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars, format content, schedule distribution, and support referral, podcast, and business‑development initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items for client engagements.
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow‑up communications; deliver weekly client progress updates.
• Organize project documentation, trackers, and client folders; flag risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
• Support leadership with project organization, reporting, and process‑improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project coordination, marketing coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
