Marketing Executive (AI Marketing)

About the role

WADIC is a software development and IT services company serving US and international clients, specializing in AI automation, business process automation and custom software. It is looking for an AI-first marketer who builds automated marketing systems that generate qualified leads, book discovery meetings and drive business growth. Depending on experience, candidates may also be considered for a Marketing Manager (AI-First Growth) position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a marketing knowledge base (ICPs, services, case studies, brand voice, objections) and develop AI agents and workflows for research, content, outreach, lead enrichment and reporting using n8n, Make, Zapier and LLMs.
• Research target markets, buyers and competitors, and turn findings into targeted messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Build enriched target-account lists with tools such as Clay, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, run personalized LinkedIn and email outreach, and support account-based marketing with the sales team.
• Improve visibility in AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) and traditional search by optimizing service pages, FAQs and case studies, and maintain technical SEO.
• Create case studies, LinkedIn thought leadership, founder posts, landing pages, lead magnets and short-form videos with AI-assisted writing, design and video production.
• Track leads, meetings, pipeline and cost per meeting via GA4, CRM, UTM parameters and dashboards, and run A/B tests.
• Maintain CRM data quality, evaluate marketing tools and budgets, and set guidelines for data privacy, confidentiality and responsible AI use.

Required profile

• Marketing Executive: at least 2 years of relevant marketing experience; Marketing Manager: at least 5 years.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, software development or agency marketing.
• A portfolio of 2-3 AI marketing workflows with tools, implementation and measurable results.
• Proven contribution to qualified leads, booked meetings or sales pipeline.
• Strong written English and working knowledge of SEO, AEO/GEO, LinkedIn marketing and outbound email deliverability.
• Ability to work independently, experiment quickly and make sound judgments on AI-generated content and data privacy.

• CRM and analytics: HubSpot or Zoho CRM, GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
• Bonus: basic Python or JavaScript, Claude Code, Cursor, and integration experience
