Marketing Executive – Data & AI Consultancy

About the role

A UAE-based Data & AI consultancy, which builds secure, practical AI-enabled web applications, is hiring a Marketing Executive in Lahore. The CMO and co-founders set strategy and positioning, while you turn it into a weekly execution system. You will run marketing for the consultancy (B2B), its AI life-coaching app (B2C) and new products, keeping a small team of content, social, SEO and design specialists moving.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing calendar and content production pipeline, from brief to published, and plan and prioritise the team's weekly work
• Review every piece of content before publication and route items needing sign-off to the CMO
• Run campaigns and product launches end to end, and manage social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Handle LinkedIn thought-leadership content for the founders and manage blog and SEO operations
• Brief and review graphic design and short-form video work, and run AI-assisted content workflows
• Hand over marketing leads to sales, maintain the lead tracker and produce case studies and sales enablement material
• Track KPIs, produce a weekly scorecard and monthly performance report, and coach the marketing team

Required profile

• 2-7 years of experience in digital, content or social media marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field
• Track record of running multi-channel content calendars and campaigns
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team of writers, designers or executives
• Preferred: short-form video editing, paid campaign experience, marketing at an AI/data/tech company, marketing a health or wellness app, or marketing to international audiences in the UAE, North America or the UK

Required skills

• SEO and content marketing basics (keyword research, on-page optimisation, content briefs)
• Project management with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana or Trello
• Analytics: social insights, Google Analytics or PostHog
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
