Marketing Executive

About the role

A full-time, on-site Marketing Executive is sought to plan and run marketing campaigns, support lead generation and keep the brand consistent across all channels. The role sits alongside the sales team and requires regular attendance and punctuality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, and analyze customer behavior and trends.
• Coordinate with creative teams, vendors and agencies to produce marketing materials.
• Organize and take part in promotional events and marketing activities.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field; proven marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail, creative thinking and teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software such as CRM tools, online analytics and Google Adwords.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus.
