Marketing Executive - LinkedIn Growth

About the role

A creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive is sought to manage and improve the company's online presence, particularly on LinkedIn. The position is paid PKR 90,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, with a strong grasp of its algorithm, content strategy, engagement and audience growth.
• Plan and schedule engaging posts, choosing content, timing and target audience.
• Coordinate with the Design, Sales and Delegate departments to plan and publish relevant content.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
• Develop monthly LinkedIn content calendars and marketing plans.
• Monitor LinkedIn performance, analyse insights and recommend improvements.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitors and opportunities to improve brand visibility.

Required profile

• Preferred: hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads.
• Preferred: knowledge of email marketing and newsletter tools.
• Preferred: experience in B2B social media marketing.
• Strong communication, coordination and content-planning skills.
• Ability to develop practical strategies to increase engagement, followers and business leads.
