Marketing Intern

About the role

HR Navigator is hiring a Marketing Intern in Iqbal Town, Lahore, working on site from 5:00 PM to midnight Monday to Friday. The internship lasts 3 months, with a stipend of PKR 40,000 to 50,000 per month and potential full-time employment based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital marketing campaigns, content alignment and brand awareness activities.
• Help design and run targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Research target industries, trends and competitor strategies to find new opportunities.
• Support social media presence and engagement across corporate platforms.
• Track and report campaign engagement and marketing performance metrics.
• Work with sales and lead generation teams to align content with client acquisition goals.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or students studying Marketing, Media or Communications.
• Passion for digital marketing, copywriting and brand strategy.
• Excellent written English and creative copywriting ability.
• Ability to work 100% on site during the designated hours.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital platforms, email marketing tools and basic analytics.
• Creative problem solving and interest in multi-channel campaigns.
