Marketing Manager – E‑commerce & Paid Ads

About the role

NIU Groups is seeking a creative and performance‑driven Marketing Manager to join its e‑commerce team. You will lead paid‑media initiatives, boost brand visibility and drive online sales across its consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Plan and execute e‑commerce marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales.
• Monitor ad performance metrics such as conversions, ROAS, CPC and CTR.
• Generate concepts for promotions, product launches and special offers.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce ad creatives.
• Research competitors, market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Support social‑media marketing and overall brand visibility.
• Help improve website traffic, customer engagement and online sales.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in digital or e‑commerce marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and sales tracking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Creative, responsible and result‑focused mindset.
