Marketing Officer - Driver Acquisition

About the role

WAYGO (SMC-Private) Limited is looking for a Marketing Officer in Islamabad to support driver acquisition. The role builds awareness of the platform among prospective drivers and turns outreach into qualified registrations and onboarding. It is a full-time position focused on practical, locally relevant campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run driver-acquisition campaigns across digital and community channels
• Identify prospective drivers and explain registration, onboarding and platform benefits
• Coordinate outreach and promotional materials with internal teams and local partners
• Answer candidate questions and guide interested drivers through the acquisition funnel
• Track leads, registrations, campaign activity and conversions, keeping accurate records and reporting regularly
• Gather feedback from prospective and new drivers and recommend improvements to messaging and outreach
• Keep campaign content and in-person promotions consistent with the brand

Required profile

• Ability to plan and run practical marketing and recruitment campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain services clearly to prospective drivers
• Confidence with lead generation, follow-up and conversion-focused outreach
• Organized record-keeping and attention to detail
• Professional interpersonal skills and self-motivation, comfortable handling multiple outreach tasks and meeting targets
• Fluent English and Urdu; knowledge of local Islamabad communities is an advantage

Required skills
