Mechanical Engineer – Lamination Film Technical Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our lamination film production department. The role combines hands‑on operation of lamination equipment with technical supervision to ensure high‑quality plastic film output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor lamination film machines on the production line.
• Maintain machine performance, conduct routine maintenance and adjust settings for optimal efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, resolving technical and quality problems promptly.
• Supervise production staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Document production data and report any deviations to senior engineering staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lamination film manufacturing or the broader plastic film industry.
• Strong understanding of lamination machine operation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to manage production quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Technical diploma or engineering background preferred; responsible and hardworking attitude.
