Mechanical Helper

About the role

Master Plastic Pack Limited, a packaging and flexible printing company in Gujranwala, is looking for a Mechanical Helper to support its technicians and maintenance team. The position is ideal for a reliable individual eager to learn mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment and help keep production equipment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist technicians with inspection, servicing, adjustment and repair of packaging machinery.
• Prepare and organize tools, spare parts, lubricants and other materials needed for maintenance tasks.
• Support equipment cleaning, lubrication, alignment and basic assembly or dismantling under supervision.
• Identify and report unusual noises, vibrations, leaks or other equipment conditions promptly.
• Maintain an orderly workshop and ensure proper storage of tools and materials after use.
• Follow all safety instructions, wear personal protective equipment and comply with site procedures.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of mechanical tools, equipment and workshop practices.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift tools or materials and work in a manufacturing setting.
• Good teamwork, punctuality, discipline and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
