Media Buyer Expert

About the role

SeeBiz is hiring a full-time, on-site Media Buyer Expert in High Q Tower, Lahore. The role plans, executes and optimises paid advertising campaigns across several digital platforms, working closely with the creative, CRM and marketing teams to scale customer acquisition and improve campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and other platforms
• Develop media buying strategies aligned with business objectives, and conduct audience, competitor and keyword research
• Build campaigns for lead generation, eCommerce, brand awareness and conversions
• Optimise targeting, bidding, creatives, placements and budgets
• Collaborate with designers and marketers on ad creatives and landing pages
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR and conversion rates, and run A/B tests
• Maintain tracking with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and Conversion API, and generate performance reports

Required profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, attribution models, bidding strategies and conversion optimisation
• Experience managing advertising budgets while maximising ROAS, and handling multiple campaigns at once
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversion API
• Bonus: Shopify or WooCommerce advertising, attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Hyros or Northbeam, Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau, CRO tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or VWO, and platform certifications
