Medical and Surgical Equipment Sales Officer

About the role

Bright Way Technologies is looking for a Medical and Surgical Equipment Sales Officer to connect advanced medical solutions with healthcare professionals. The role involves promoting and selling medical and surgical equipment to hospitals and laboratories, building long-term customer relationships and helping clients choose the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals and laboratories, to promote and sell medical and surgical equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to advise clients on the best solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales while meeting company revenue targets.

Required profile

• FA or FSC, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical or surgical equipment sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
