About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s AI community to ensure health information generated by artificial intelligence is accurate, safe, and easy to understand for Urdu‑speaking users. You will use your medical background to verify facts, correct terminology, and translate complex research into plain language.

Key responsibilities

• Fact‑check AI‑generated answers on medical topics to guarantee 100% accuracy and up‑to‑date information.
• Review and correct the use of medical terms, including names of bones, muscles, medicines, and conditions.
• Flag any health advice that appears dangerous or incorrect to protect user safety.
• Rewrite complex medical research into clear, lay‑person language.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Native‑level proficiency in Urdu.
• Basic English proficiency (B1) to read project instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Successful completion of a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
