Medical Doctor (Specialist) – AI Clinical Content Reviewer

About the role

SME Careers, a fast‑growing AI data services company, is seeking board‑certified or board‑eligible medical specialists to work remotely as Subject Matter Experts. You will review AI‑generated clinical responses, create gold‑standard content, and provide detailed feedback to improve the safety and accuracy of large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training prompts and high‑quality reference answers across your specialty.
• Evaluate, rank, and critique AI‑generated clinical responses for correctness, safety, clarity, and bias.
• Identify errors in differential diagnosis, risk stratification, red‑flag recognition, test interpretation, and treatment planning.
• Fact‑check medical information and write clear explanations that demonstrate proper clinical reasoning.

Required profile

• MD or DO (or equivalent) with completed residency/fellowship and board eligibility or certification.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑training clinical experience in a hospital, outpatient, academic, or community setting.
• Strong expertise in advanced clinical reasoning, guideline‑based care, and patient‑safety considerations.
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and validating clinical content.
