Medical Doctor - Weight Management Clinic

About the role

Farzeen Fitness First, a wellness organisation focused on weight-loss injections, personalised diet plans and herbal teas, is hiring a Medical Doctor for its clinic in Lahore. The doctor provides on-site clinical care, including medical assessments, consultations and oversight of weight-loss injections and related treatments. This is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate client medical histories and order and interpret relevant tests
• Determine safe, individualised treatment plans aligned with best clinical practices
• Monitor treatment progress, manage potential side effects and adjust therapeutic plans as needed
• Collaborate with nutrition and wellness staff to deliver integrated care
• Document care in medical records and educate clients on health, nutrition and lifestyle changes
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards

Required profile

• Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognised institution and a current licence to practice medicine in Pakistan
• Clinical expertise in general medicine, internal medicine or family medicine; experience in weight management, endocrinology or lifestyle medicine is ideal
• Prior experience in a wellness, clinic or hospital setting and familiarity with lifestyle and dietary interventions is highly beneficial

Required skills

• Strong patient assessment, diagnostic reasoning and safe prescription and administration of injectable therapies
• Excellent communication and counselling skills, with a focus on patient education, informed consent and shared decision-making
• Able to work with nutritionists, fitness professionals and wellness staff
• Proficient in accurate medical documentation and adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards and confidentiality
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
