Medical Equipment General Manager (Lahore)

About the role

The Medical Equipment General Manager will oversee all showroom and head‑office functions for Noorani Surgical Private Limited in Lahore. The role combines leadership, sales strategy, inventory control and tender management to drive growth in the medical equipment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 40 showroom and head‑office staff, handling recruitment, training, motivation and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, expand the product range and improve customer satisfaction.
• Plan and supervise showroom layout and product displays to create an attractive, customer‑friendly environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Prepare, submit and manage government and military tenders, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements.
• Coordinate import processes, including customs clearance, freight management and pricing strategies.
• Manage budgeting, cost control and sales data analysis to guide decision‑making.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and proper product presentation.
• Oversee administrative functions and maintain accurate records using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies.
• Drive business development initiatives and conduct regular inventory audits.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the medical field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to lead a large team and manage cross‑functional projects.
